Description ÊA runner format with a dark blue field with a central
red medallion in the centre and unusual central motifs. The wool is long
and soft and the rug itself has a floppy handle.
ConditionThe rug is in generally good order with some small amounts
of re-piling. The ends outer guard stripes have been re-woven
Commentary The colours, handle and field layout all point to a South
Caucasian or North West Persian origin. A very pleasing rug.
