The wool quality is wonderful, with a soft glossy finish, giving the colours a richness that is so characteritic of Kurdish weaving. Commentary: A really nice example of Kurdish weaving, the drawing of the field design is excellent that is really lifted by the colours. The single wefting is unusual and may indicate a central Persian origin. References in Literature Price: £2000 | |
